No photos or registration downloads

Any news from Airnav Support on getting photos and registration downloads working? Just to note, I've also tested with v6 beta, and get the same problem. Also tested using my Radarbox account as well as my RB24 account, and still no photos or registration downloads.

I get the registrations but no photos for the last 24 hours

Still not sorted I am afraid. Both photo downloads an auto populate still not working. The database updates are OK.

Interesting, the un-encrypted versions of the lookup calls are working okay! Maybe we should revert to v301!!

Also populate now fixed as well.

A restart of the app would be advised.

Confirmed. Populate and photos both working. Was this a planned outage, or a fault?

A fault, probably after getting back up after a server outage

It is Dec. 19th and my Reg/Photo retrieval still isn't working. I'm using version 4.03

Another question.....why does RB keep updating with old photos when newer ones are available? Eg. annoying when Delta aircraft are still being download as NorthWest.
