radar box not recieving signal

hi all
can anyone help me my radarbox  has stopped receiving a signal have tried the ariel on a scanner and seem ariel is working ok have had my box about 5 years can any body help thankyou

Is the Hardware Connected option GREEN (RB1), and is PROCESS HARDWARE FLIGHTS ticked?

hardware connected is green and rb1 connected and process hardware is ticked
