Reporter Message sending failed

All of a sudden when I try to send a report using ANRB server I keep getting Message Sending Failed check background software - Using Windows 10 0n an HP Laptop - no settings have changed - checked antivirus - full permissions - disabled antivirus and tried - still same results - recently installed Version 6.0 on this computer which is new but it has been working previously with no problems up until now - any suggestions

There was and maybe still is sever maintenance in the background causing several outages of different functions and services. Either you wait until work is finished or you set up mail sending via own mail provider to avoid such problems once and forever. Have you tried a reboot of your system? If no, that's a very little chance to get it back working.

There is work going on in the server which is impacting on several functions.  As stated by Ingo, if you use your own mail provider instead of the Airnav server you will avoid this issue.  Preference/General/Email settings/Send email using custom server and add the setting from your own email service.

OK thanks at least I know it isn't me - I going to be away on a short trip for a few days if I still having problems when I get back I'll look up my email server settings and try to set it up that way - thanks again

ok I have tried setting up email server with both outlook.com and gmail.com settings - still getting message sending failed.

A dirty way to send your report is to cut it from Reporter and paste it into your email application.

I have tried that as well as save to file but the formatting gets all messed up - guess I will just wait until they say the server work is done and try it then
