Airnav Suite4 Trial period expired

I purchased Airnav Suite4 in 2010 and have not used it in years (computer died.)  Now I find that when I attempt to start the program it posts the following,,,

"Trial Period expired on Thurs Feb 4 2010"

At the time, this was a One off Purchase. (i.e. No subscription required.)

Now on the website I note it is a Six monthly subscription.
I have sent a request to Support for registration code, as do not wish to subscribe every six months.
Anyone else had this problem???
