Notice the drop in range

Did anybody else notice the drop in Max Range between the 24th and 31st of October? For the two stations I been watching and recording they both dropped by half on range and they are two separate stations at two different locations. The ranking list seems to show the stations close to me also have dropped but I cant be sure of that.
