Getting a photo that's in the database to display when plane is flying?

Would you be able to look into my que again? I have a bunch from 1-2 weeks ago, but have shots already approved that I uploaded a day ago.

And would you be able to look into this registration? 87-0037

When I do a search, it comes back as nothing found. But when I try to upload it, it says "This photo already exists in the gallery". But it's not one of the ones still in the que
