A bear is the name given to the back seater in a Wild Weasel (anti-SAM site) aircraft.

I am not certain, but usually tasks of that nature are the responsibility of the back seater. I don't know if the transponder can be programmed from the front cockpit.

Been up and running for about 3 weeks now - lost a load of interesting stuff when I upgraded from v2.01 to V3.06 and then v3.07...!

Thanks to this forum, I now know how to backup MyLog etc for future upgrades!

TARTN is 101 squadron VC10 tankers. Most transport are ASCOT or RRR
