If you have just installed it, give it a few days. A few people contact us as soon as they install and mention the reception is less then a few days later they say its the same just traffic or reception that day were lower.

Hi I have downloaded the latest full upgrade and appear to be experiencing issues with aircraft altitudes . Aircraft on final approach to EGSS are showing altitudes of 37000 when their actual altitude is 3700 and when switching to the earlier version is correctly showing 3700 is anyone else suffering similar issues

Anyone else had probs with the polar diagram returning to a smaller size once RB is exited and re-launched?

It seems to 'forget' new areas covered

Have just tried 'record desktop' prior to exiting.....seems to have worked, so far!

Installed 3.13 last evening - downloaded the file to desktop, overwrote existing ANRB file with no problems.

I did a full 3.13 install last weekend and had the same problem after every shutdown/restart. Been ok now since Tuesday after I clicked 'Clear/Reset Polar Diagram'.
It seemed to be that the outline was the same as on shutdown but at a smaller scale/range.
Prior to 3.13 I was running 2009, and hadn't installed any of the 3 beta versions.

One very small problem I have noticed.
All aircraft flying over the North Sea are shown as flying over the Atlantic.
Something that I can live with, just slightly irritating.

Afternoon All,

Installed V3.13 last week after using v2.1 since Oct 08.

Everything working great, thanks to all.

One little thing however, has anyone else noticed the font is different for the aircraft details in My Flights as against the font in everything else in My Flights listings and Network listings.

A little thing I know but I noticed it and thought it couldnt just be me

3.13.Windows 7 x64, has established 3.13, start with rights Admin., in an input window station data key OK is not active, by pressing it occurs nothing, paternal such problems? I enter the necessary information.

Hi! I am enjoying RD very much.

Anyone else had problems with rotes in v3.13?
The Flight ID exists in my local routes table, but the TO and FROM columns are blank.
I tried
1. Turn network off.
2. Turn "Process Hardware Flights" off.
3. Turn "Process Hardware Flights" on.
but route not appear.

Some Flight ID's ok, but
NH303,NH342,NH1733,NH604,NH159,NH1790,NH145,NH164 are not displayed.
I will wait if there is some information.

Tailplane - If I have ynderstood your points correctly:

Not all aircraft broadcast an ID, and therefore RB can't display a route or a logo, both of which come from the ID.

Even when there is a valid ID, the AirNav server doesn't always have the details - there are large gaps in their database - it's quite good for Europe and the USA, but the rest of the world is somewhat patchy. Also existing routes are constantly changing.

I'm building myself up to upgrade from v2.01 to v3.13 as I'm computer techno-challenged.

1. I've looked at the previous posts and I'm wondering what is the safest and easiest method - a complete install or the upgrade link?

2. What material difference does it make if I don't make copy and paste of my current MyLog.db3 and NavData.db3? What would I actually lose.

3. Is there anyone who is totally technophobic as me and actually been running 2.01 and upgraded to 3.13 - can someone PM me how they did it without suffering a mental breakdown?
