            Off the coast of Malaysia now,picked up Greek Air Force Mirage 2000-5EG.Reg 554, FN/MJN580.Wonder if anyone eles has caught this A/C.

On the face of it not that interesting, until you look at the squawk code (0037 = Royal Flight Helicopters).  Princess Royal visiting Tain Royal Academy.  Just shows the value of looking at the squawk code!!!

Air Asia X A340 9M-XAC descending at 25000ft over Staffordshire last night at about 7.45pm. Possibly going to Stansted, but wasn't sure this service had started yet. It was the aircraft in Oakland Raiders livery and looked pretty impressive in the evening sun.

Hi guys,

Just picked up overflying Glasgow and clearly seen and also appearing in 'My Flights' and transmitting ADSB was AFL334 from Havana to Moscow. No registration details or aircraft type details given, but the modeS code of 4248F8 was shown on the RB. On checking with Airframes, the details are VQ-BBG an Airbus A330-243 with c/n 1047 newly delivered to Aeroflot on the 18th of September. One to look out for.

If anyone (like me) was wondering what an SHS file is, here's what Google says:

The Shell Scrap Object is part of the Microsoft embed objects inside objects philosophy. Basically, what happens is that the shell script is wrapped around an object and the .SHS extension (which normally can't be seen even with extensions turned on) is added to the file. An .SHS file is really potentially quite dangerous because it can have anything executable in it along with a vast collection of dangerous script code in the wrapper. At least one worm uses the Shell Script object. Note: This file type can become infected and should be carefully scanned if someone sends you a file with this extension.

Probably not a good idea to upload any more of those  :-)

Just FYI when I went to have a look at the SHS file, Windows Vista came up with a message stating it did not recognise the file type. So, as you say, be warned if you go ahead.

I have a flight showing a flight ID of A6-AAM but a registration of A6-EKN.  Its modeS is 896012 which Airframes shows as A318 A6-AAM of RAK Airways.  Now approaching abeam Edinburgh to the west at FL380 heading northwest.
