HI John re XW233 Iw as taking it from the several times logged by my RB, I think he is based at RAF aldergrove? Not 100% reliable on reg just from RB, so I'll have another look at other bits and pieces I have and try and nail it better.

Hi Tom I had him here in Northern Ireland also. I would love a trip to EGUN to see these beasts in the flesh. How far from Cheltenham would EGUN be as i have an offer of accommodation there in July or August?

Cheltenham to Mildenhall is about 170 miles, 2.5 hours by the fastest route.

If I were you I'd come over in July and go to RIAT at Fairford which is only 24 miles from Cheltenham.

Thanks for that it was suggested to me as a possibility a while ago but thanks for the link. I am in Perth Scotland the week before playing in a Lawn Bowls Championship so it is a possibility. When in Perth I hope to get acros to Leuchars. I've not been to the blue bin for several years.
