in Airframes, flying over Cornwall at present.

From the pattern he`s flying I would think that it is on air test.

For these codes, I believe they are allocated as a radio callsign to the pilot and not the aircraft.

I populated and they came up later, but to answer you question, No, sheerly because over three years I am scared to lose all the changes I have made eg all the Hercs, C135's etc so on so forth.

On an other matter has anyone reported previously that Tiger and Silk seem to bang out two codes at once, one right one wrong, I wondered why in the dark I could only see one when two were reporting at exact same height??? I had to eyeball them all over again today. Everyone else is OK.

Had yet another Ground transmitter go ballistic to 68000, must thinks its an F16 from next door!!

No we didnt have it in the d/b but then again, I checked AvDb, Airframes, GAS and Libhomeradar and none of them have the hex associated with the registration. AvDb had all the details apart from the hex, none of the other even had the registration although you can get the aircraft non-hex details from google.

Never heard anything about Tiger/Silk before.

I wouldnt even try and convince you we had all C130, KC135's even although I am pretty confident and as far as miscodes go I would suggest you keep your own database of these and dont change.

You could go the populate route in Mylog and if you are connected to the net, if you click on an unknown and it is in the d/b it will down load into your Navdata.
