I have made a right pigs ear out of that so apologies regarding 9M-FYI.  We didnt have it in the d/b when making  the reply so i went online and got the hex of 750043 for 9M-FYI from Airframes and GAS.  As I queried against the registration I wasnt aware that they both have 750043 as the hex for both aircraft.

A query against the registration on the mode-s forum shows the following:

Saturday, 25 December, 2010 7:25:09 Subject: [Mode_S] 750043 Just departed from PFO on delivery is Firefly AT72 c/n 935 9M-FYI.

and then

A few SBS queries/confirmations from SIN 29Aug2011

750048 or 75004B
9M-FYI seems to be no longer using 750043. It was noted at SIN and recorded as
750048, though checking logs on return it could possibly have been 75004B, both
were recorded. Appologies I can't confirm which, but one to check further.
750043 was not recorded at all, though 9M-FYI was read off.

75004B mentioned above was 9M-MQM and is now VN-A191.  750048 was the 9M-MQJ now VN-A190 mentioned previously. It would seem to me that 9M-FYI is now re-coded as 750048 and would fit in with the evidence provided by Mike.

The airlines is in the d/b now as Firefly.

Do not forget that I had instances of double coding by same aircraft  in SIN so am not surprised by the confusion!

PS I will send tomorrow by email full report from China, hopefully you can check it and see if it fits with your db info and might hopefully you give some unknowns.
