68240C (No country allocation for this hex. So a decoding error or a miscoded airframe)

89403A is a 100% decoding error of 89403E on flight GFA007

Currently (06:48) have 04001D (ET-AMG) going around the Biggin hold for LHR I also have 040019 at exactly the same height, but not plotting.
1 mis-coded box, but both transmitting??
