It has just gone into DWC but just too far to see type, will go out when heat haze dies down, but I believe it is going to be Tu204SM RA-64151 on desert trials for Tupolev OAK. I also think 8EF40E is most likely a Tupolev Factory test code and that is why it is still on Tu-204-300 RA-64026 (the first real Tu204-300 as the first Tu-234 was a shortened Tu204)!

You will not believe this, or possibly will...I went to DWC and 8EF40E took off FIVE minutes before I got there, going straight to f/l 230, flew around in a big circle. It came over me at f/l 230 just as I left the field one hour later, went around again and landed 45 minutes later as I got in the door...In all a 2 hour wild goose chase and was within four miles of it on three seperate occasions....mutter, mutter!

Its definitely on trials going out swanning around for an hour then landing again day in day out since early August!

Picked up a confused Russian on a Russian web site who also had it as being both 64026 and 64151!
