no networked ships

Do you get an error message?  Have you ticked the network box?  Do you, by any chance, have "," (comma) as your decimal point in Windows regional settings?

This is hard work - did what?
1. Got an error message?  In which case, what did the error message say?
2. Have "," (comma) as your decimal point in Windows regional settings?  If so, set it to "." instead.

I did i. e. I have sent a mail to support team
No error message Only in the botton, "the server gives invalid/empty data" and after retrying 10 seconds any times...Server disconnected, and I canĀ“t close the programme. No trace of boats. I have put my home location Gibraltar  and the software marks the coordinates but no comma decimal as you say...
I no use AC-DC, I connect via USB and Ethernet simultanously, and no traces of blue leds and white (suppose that the 162 MHz aerial is not relevant here in my real home station, Madrid city...

Does sound like a "," in regional settings.  In Windows Control Panel, go to Regional Settings, and check what is in the DECIMAL SYMBOL field.  ShipTrax has a problem if this is set to a comma instead of a decimal point - see http://www.airnavsystems.com/forum/index.php?topic=7135.msg82585#msg82585
