Rod,

NKH - would apparently relate to Norsk Helikopter Service A/S which we already have.
NOR - relates to Norsk Helikopter A/S (without the service part) which has become Bristow Norway A/S.

However, to add to the confusion, Wikipedia gives the ICAO for Bristow Norway as BHL which is the standard ICAO for the Bristow Helicopter Group ! The FAA list NOR as relating to Norsk Helikopter A/S but not mentioning Bristow Norway A/S.

Sort that one out.

Regarding A6ESH it is still using call sign SHJ01 as of 10th October which also has no logo.

With regard to reply 1507 from Cameron, the ICAO for 'Aircraft Leasing Services of Kenya' is ALW not ALS :
