CFJTQ (Charter Air Transport) - copied their SRY logo
N404F (WCF Aircraft Corp) - appears to be owned by William Clay Ford, so I've typed his name
N13SA (Buby LLC) - can't find anything on them, so I've done the logo of their operators, Taughanrock Aviation

GBA - Gulf Air Bahrain - this made me notice that Gulf Air have changed their font, so I've done a replacement logo for GFA, and added a Bahrain flag for the GBA logo
GPL - DLR Deutsche - we already have LFO for them, so I've copied that - don't know what the difference is.
