As we know, Aeroflot's low cost subsidiary 'Dobrolet' with ICAO code 'DOB' never got off the ground due to EU sanctions. It now appears that Aeroflot are having another go this time calling the subsidiary 'Pobeda' with ICAO code of 'PBD' :
