Dominican Wings of the Dominican Republic have rebranded, Same ICAO different logo. Now known as flycana :

Plus :

NTJ - NextJet of Sweden have ceased operations and ICAO/logo can be deleted.

UDG - Team 125 which apparently is owned by the New England Patriots to operate two 767s for them - see this article from FightGlobal:

You would have thought that Air Peace would have done that in order to differentiate between the two but I guess the two companies must share aircraft therefore they have the same logo.
