Before I get on to Cameron's, I've been looking a photo on my website of Yak-42D RA-42451. It's marked with the lettering of NKair, about which I can find nothing, but it's also marked with the wording and logo of Groznyy Avia (GOZ). I see that our logo is in need of refreshment, but can anyone shed light on NKair?

GOZ - Groznyy Avia in Englsih
GOZ-Cyrillic - the original

Afternoon Rod,

No time for a cold beer I'm afraid :

MAV - Manta Air (Maldives)            https://www.facebook.com/flymantaair/photos/pcb.290060311770851/290053345104881/?type=3&theater
OMI - Omni Taxi Aereo (Brasil)      https://www.omnibrasil.com.br/
TAC - Thai Aviation Academy         https://www.thaiaviationacademy.com/

Skyup Airlines of the Ukraine have had their ICAO changed from 'KVP' which we already have to 'SQP'.

SQP - Skyup Airlines                      https://skyup.aero/

Like you, I can find nothing on NKair. Nothing listed with the FAA. Can only assume it is a subsidiary of Grozny Avia.

Thanks,

Ian

Hi chaps - it's a miserable 15 degrees and drizzly here in Chorley, so a hot toddy is more appealing than a cold anything!

MAV - Manta Air
OMI - Omni Taxi Aereo
TAC - Thai Aviation Academy
SQP - Skyup Airlines, which had in May been changed from SQP to KUP (not KVP, but I spotted your cunning attempt to confuse me!)

There are a few other photos of NKair Yaks on the web, but no info about them...

Afternoon Rod,

Updated logo :

SAI - Shaheen Air International (Pakistan)                            https://www.shaheenair.com/

Note : Skyup Airlines should be using ICAO code 'SQP' and not 'KUP' as of the 27th August 2018. I will now wait for Alan to tell us otherwise :)

Thanks,

Ian
