I'll add that Terry.
I've got 2-JSEG (43EB83) showing an RAF roundel, and I have made the change to D008.dat, so we need to change something else - I'm sure Alan will be able to work it out...

Hi Terry
I've made those changes to my D008.dat and rebooted - now I've just got to spot some 2- regs on the network!
Am I right in removing row 4 of the Guernsey lines?
Rod

Hi Rod

No change GE,Guernsey to GU,Guernsey but leave the correct GE for Georgia

GU,Guernsey_1,01000011111010101111111-
GU,Guernsey_2,010000111110101100------
GU,Guernsey_3,0100001111101011010-----
GU,Guernsey_4,01000011111010110110000-

Make sure the Guernsey flag is also GU in the flags folder

Terry/Rod

Have been corresponding with Alexis on mode-s and he has rerun the Guernsey code to one line and in addition to posting to myself has also posted it on mode-s files section this morning

GU,Guernsey,0100001111101-----------

By co-incidence has has also given the same details for Jersey in his email

Thanks for the link

Hi chaps - thanks fot all your work on this.

To summarise:

Guernsey just needs a one line entry as in Alan's latest post
Jersey's one line entry should be added as in Terry's latest post

I have done the above and restarted RB, and there are 3 2- aircraft on the network - two are showing the Guernsey flag, but 2-SALE (48EBED) is showing a Polish flag. I guess the hex code is out of sequence (miscode?)

Hi Red

Yes for both

48ABED is a miscode should be 43EBED, both are in the d/b for 2-SALE.  48**** is in the Polish code range hence the Polish flag

That's confusing with the Jetsmart Airlines - JAT next door on Chile.  I presume that it is an offshoot of the Chilean operation.  I have named them Jetsmart Airlines Argentina in the database

Afternoon Alan/Rod,

There are indeed 2 JetSMART airlines. One operates as JetSMART SpA of Chile with ICAO code 'JAT' and the other is JetSMART SA of Argentina with ICAO code 'JES'. They are sister companies but both operate with the same logo. Perhaps Rod could either add the country flag or country name to differentiate between the logos.

Both owned by the Indigo Partnrs which controls Frontier Airlines, Volaris and Wizz Air as well

Alan

OK - here's JES with a tiny but recognisable Argentinian flag

Rod,

We need to update the D008.dat file with the two lines from Terry and Alan posts?

Thanks
