The confusion over Tarco Air/Aviation is resolved. They are still operational but have had their ICAO changed from 'TRQ' to 'TQQ'. All that is required is for the ICAO/logo details which we have for 'TRQ' to be changed to 'TQQ'.

That may be so, but they have been issued an ICAO code by the FAA. There are a number of companies in that position.
