With reference to reply 597 (quotes still not working), ICAO code OES refers to Omega-Express Service of the Russian Federation. Unfortunately, I cannot find any website in order to get a logo.

VP-COP using VPCOP flight id according to Database operated by AviJet. The AviJet company I've found has a CL60 in their fleet list. So I'm quite sure that this is the correct company.
