Any news yet on this one that decodes to EP-JAC? At 31000 hardly likely to be a rebuilt glider unless it has been changed to an Iranian UCAV!

I have the same info on the hex as well X but as you state it seems highly unlikley to say the least.  Hex first noted by us 9/2/12 so looks like its been around for a wee whilee whatever it is.
