ABDA4B decodes to N863DD not assigned by FAA, this aircraft is now registered N860DD since June last year, presumably miscoding old ID
3CFAF9 D-CWIR is now N288VP, Cessna 525B CitationJet CJ3, c/n 525B-0288, Eclipse 5 Coal Sales and is allocated A2ED9C.  Registered 26/12 and is in the d/b under its allocated A2ED9C.  Again presumably using its old ID.

Who are TYU? I don't recognise the code.

It should be TYA not TYU, but TYA1447 was UUDD-OMDB earlier but today came from Omsk according to arrival board (UUDD via UNOO maybe?) with 1448 also going to Omsk according to Departure board. I am getting confused with some of these Russki f/n's.
