A280C9  decodes to N260UK not assigned by FAA
AC38C4  N888CE this one is a miscode N888CE should be using AC3BC4

4BCC46 TC-SBF it is but i known no more than that.  Was it a 737 you saw as there are two 737-8AS detailed on Skyliner and my d/b but they still give N registrations so i dont know which is which but suspect ex N645AC.
