In MOW area currently is 140AD3 with c/s RA02771 which is/was an AN2 but climbing from 08000 thru 12000 rapidly is a bit surprising for this type!

ABC123 decodes to N8568S a 1965 Cessna 182 cancelled this year according to FAA. Showed 4 times over 5 minutes but no height given.

140AD3 RA02771 I have as the An-2 as well but it seems unlikely from your info so looks a re-issue
ABC123 decodes to N8568S which is not assigned and the last one was a C182H cancelled earlier this year
159944 unknown to me

4242DB was VP-BSX B735 which became 5N-BKR, re-allocation?

My d/b has it as the Yak as well showing as WFU 2009. It is possible to have returned to the air but just as possible to be a reuse as you state.

Please feel from to stay in Russia to sort all these out :-))
