Database Update Requests

AAL1040 is showing up as a Mig-15.  I have the latest database and is being updated from the server.

Also the Emirates flight, which I have seen before is showing no route.  A6EDB second from top.

Any ideas guys?

I am no expert, but from A6EDB's height, are you picking it up on the ground as they start the systems & before they have input the route details??

It cannot show a route as it is not giving a flight ID other than its registration and the registration does not signify a route.  Did it stay this way or did the crew input the flight ID which then allowed the route to be shown.

Regarding N9012, The Mig is a previous user of the registration N9012 and while there a re photos of it in Airliners there are unfortunately there are no photos of the Airbus on Airliners yet.  The photo not available link is now in place in the lk and lk2 fields but for some reason this is not being read by the software.  Airnav are aware and are working on a fix.

No route

I also keep getting UPS1066H every morning, no route, but I guess they are playing around with the flight ID's again.

Hi Jason,

AMX003 is in the d/b as AMX3 so it should show OK and I have it on screen just now showing MMMX-LFPG over New Brunswick this time.  I will keep an eye on it when it comes over this side of the pond.

I cant find anything on UPS1066H.  UPS1006 operates KDSF-KBDL but dont know if its the same flight with an additional prefix signifying some operational reason.

No it's not. Complete route is SQC7344 WSSS-FAOR-HKJK; SQC7343 HKJK-EHAM-VOMM-WSSS.

things can be changed from the one on the other day. It looks Michel's report is correct in this case. Alan, I think you are free to dicide how this flight's to add in the d/b. SQC7344 looks no problem... SQC7343 needs to make choises.

It will be a discussion all the time when more than 3 entries are needed.
