I can  find nothing on ER-IAH. However the c/n you gave is the one my d/b shows for EK67450 for which I also dont have a hex.  Adding 2+2 in this case would appear to give the correct answer thought in that 60009E is likely to be ER-IAH.

As the first two on your list are cruising over Sweden I would suggest they are heading to EFRO Rovaniemi on Santa flights or elsewhere in Finland on ski charters
