Because it wasnt in the d/b Jason.  Another new lease in from Thomson Airways in the UK C-FEZF B738

Same with A3F48A which is LJ45 N354K, both now in d/b

UAL78 RJAA-KJFK was cancelled today so UAL78A may have something to do with that
