Cannot open RB unless online

I can have RB Micro on V6.01.001 but cannot run it offline. When I click on Connect, get message "Couldn't contact server". Used to work OK before I had to replace this Surface with a new one.

You only need to have it online for its first connection, thereafter it should be able to run ok offline

Hi Alan, unfortunately that does not happen. I can open RB OK with WiFi on, all works OK. Then if I shut RB down, turn-off WiFi, then restart RB it stops at the opening (Connect Page) and a dialogue message stating "Cannot connect with server" comes up, and there I am stuck.

No idea George, my dongle works ok offline, I take it with me to airports I visit.  Suggest you ask support
