Airnav Support Not Helping on Flightstick not detected in Rb 6.02.003

Would Airnav Support please call me using the phone I supplied on my last email....getting frustrated. I called their phone listed on the website but always got a "leave message" recording. Email is just too slow.

Tried multiple ways to get it to work but RB 6 still says hardware not detected.

The phone number is a messaging service in US.  Support is in Europe and contactable by email
