No data and offline

1. RB was working, but it's gone offline and, duh, no data. Can't figure out how to fix. I also have SkyAware and FlightRadar24 installed. Both are working.

2. When RB was working, my filter settings and map options were not retained. Is there some trick to retaining them?

What is your sharer ID and what receiver type do you have I presume a Pi

Regarding the filters I believe you require to set these each time but I believe the map you have set stays, maybe wrong on that though, maybe support can advise

I don't recognise that station ID its usually PGNRB**** for Radarbox receivers, EXTRPI***** for Pi's, EXTSHA**** for other receivers etc

Are you using the sharing software?

I copied the output into attached txt file. (When I tried to send reply with out pasted directly into message, it was bounced as "spam."

RBFeeder is installed, configured ok, but not working. Seems some file got corrupt.

Reinstall it, but first copy-paste key from file /etc/rbfeeder.ini in Notepad on your Windows/Mac computer.

Reinstall command:

Code Select Expand


sudo apt-get purge rbfeeder 

sudo apt-get update 

sudo apt-get install rbfeeder 

sudo rbfeeder --setkey xxxxxx --no-start   
## In above command replace xxxxx by your actual key

sudo systemctl restart rbfeeder

Hi, I have a radarbox unit PGANRB114140 and for a few days I have not had access to real time network flights from the 6.02.003 software and since yesterday Its not sharing data with radarbox24 either.

I see that you are showing offline on Radarbox.com for 20hours.  While you mention network flight, are you getting flight locally on MyFlights on your V6 software.
