Flightstick

ok so i bought the flight stick from amazon tried to set it up on my windows machine the light is on the stick i have my ariel plugged in but nothing ? hardware not connected red light on in software tried the zadig drivers but still nothing unable to install airnav drivers not even getting network aircraft any one any decent install instructions please ?

Not usually anything to it. Install the V6 software, dont install to program files, use c:\Airnav, install the drivers https://www.airnavsystems.com/Download/ANRB/Drivers/microRadarbox-Drivers-20150411.exe

Plug the stick in, start up the software and it should be ok for go

If you use the zadig drivers are you seeing he stick in the zadig interface?

Are you seeing the stick in Device and Printers?

Thank you for your reply in device manager universal serial bus device it shows as bulk in interface ? just reinstalled software to c. drive but still nothing at all ? same for zadig bulk in interface 0 and 1

In control panel under devices and printers, scroll down to unspecified it should show as RTL2832U right click and you will get to Properties and Driver

For Zadig, under options Click list all devices and on the drop down list with edit on the far right you should see RTL2832U. highlight it and then click on Install Driver

so i have tried updating the drivers and it says my computer already has the most upto date driver for the flight stick in zadig it only shows up as bulk in interface ?

Try another USB Port

I have no idea why Zadig is not seeing the stick so suggest you ask [email protected] as I am out of ideas

Why not ask support for assistance. Its normally just a matter of plug in and away you go, it will be something simple that support can help with

No idea how but I've got it to work now Alan. How do I see my station on the App if I log in on the app should I see what I'm pulling in ?

Glad you are up and running, you may need to ask support to link the receiver to your account although it may be done automatically You can also download the phone app at no cost

I am astonished that Radarbox hand-holding is needed for a lot of Flightstick installs. I had NO luck with their product in getting it to work, similar to this persons issues. I went to FLIGHTAWARES stick and it worked right out of the box. Too bad since I DO enjoy my stand-alone Radarbox running version 6
