Live Flight Tracker Not Showing Planes

AirNav Live Flight Tracker 8 has not been showing planes for awhile. I get no response to multiple contact efforts to AirNav. This happened a couple years ago and the forum moderator helped to get it fixed. Can you help again? Anyone else having problems with it?

I used a different email and they did contact me today. They said it's a legacy product now, and they'll refund my money. Not sure if it should still work or not though.

Thanks Alan for pointing out. It was meant for "RadarBox24 Data Sharer 120" thread, and by mistake I posted it here. I have now deleted it.
