Total Ancient Newbie - Flightstick
« on: January 29, 2025, 03:43:49 PM »
Total Ancient Newbie, so go easy on me.
Purchased yesterday via Amazon, a Green Flight Stick USB and 1090Mhz antenna.

No idea if it was  what i was hoping :)

I was hoping i could plug the USB into my Windows 10 PC, stick the antenna somewhere in the air, and not only see Aircraft but here their radio transmission's as well???

Did i get the right thing?

Hi Jamie

To see what you are picking up you will need to dowmload and install the Radarbox software from here

https://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/ANRB60003Setup.exe

You will also need to download and install the drivers for the stick from here https://www.airnavsystems.com/Download/ANRB/Drivers/microRadarbox-Drivers-20150411.exe

You will not be able to hear anything using the stick as it is ADSB only
