Error Messages after Microsoft update

After last nights Microsoft Win11 update I cannot open AirNav.
I get the following messages
"Cannot make a visible window modal" and "Access violation at address 00904120 in module ANRB.exe. Read of address at 00000370"

Uninstalling the update cures the problem, but Microsoft keep wanting to install it.

Anybody know of a work-round?

In case anybody else suffers this, it seems that it was (my preferred) version (5.00.65) that was the problem.
Re-installing version 6.02.003 has solved the issue. Re installing 5.00.65 just brought it back!
