Micro RadarBox Installation

I've just purchased and downloaded/installed the software for my new micro radarbox, but when I connect it via any of my USB ports - I have "Hardware not connected". Any ideas? Thanks

Have you downloaded and installed the drivers for it as they are separate from the V6 software http://www.airnavsystems.com/Download/ANRB/Drivers/microRadarbox-Drivers-20150411.exe
