You can't - you can only get a list of the "live" flights picked up by your antenna

The only way you can get this sort of access to the Network flight data is to subscribe to one of the AirNav professional products, like Live Flight Data 2. Therefore it's very unlikely that AirNav will be prepared to give this function away free!

What are you trying to do here, just record what aircraft that are picked up by the Network?
