Can anyone tell how to solve this.When I use the message alerts, and when an aircraft triggers it off,the message box in the right hand corner keeps flashing on&off creating hundreds of the same message until the aircraft has passed out of the zone, this is very annoying.

I would say that you are using an old version of the RadarBox software.  You need the latest RadarBox 2009 which is available for download hare on the forum and on the AirNav website.
