Need help rcovring password

Hi Guys

I have moved the Radarbox to a netbook but I can't remembr th password. I can't even remembr which email address I usd whn I registered the Radar Box.


I opened a case with support around lunchtime but no luck yet

Can anyone tell me what is in the subject line when you receive the email from airnav with your password so I can do a search on my system

Just did a quick search of your email in support and don't see any ticket. Do you have a ticket ID?

Anyway we only need your RadarBox serial number (on the back of the device) and we can get you the login codes.
