Call ID`s and Positions

Hi can anyone tell me why airlines such as flybe, eastern and bmi e145`s, etc do not show callsign or are shown on the map? is there anyway of knowing the positions of these aircraft? As i live near Leeds Bradford most of the flights inbound are these airlines!!

Only aircraft equipped with ADS-B show up on the map.  Embraers aren't.
