Does Alot Of Aircraft Send Out ADS-B Signals to show up on the radar box?

Do most airlines have this?
also things like personal planes would not have this would they?

70% of Comerical aircraft in the UK have ADS-B so you will see plenty in the UK. Genreal Aviation aircraft don't usually have ADS-B but will be displayed on the list only so cannot be tracked.
