i clicked on the connect to Airnav ACARS Decoder and i got an error this message

Unable to open link. ACARS decoder has to be running for the link

pls help me to connect

i along with some others get this message if rb is running first we found startind acars first then rb cures this

You do have the ACARS Decoder software I presume - might be a silly question, but this is a separate software package that isn't included with RadarBox.

Is the software a payware?

Correct, this is too control certain people who keep signing up a free trial under different emails.
