Yes, if you'd asked me a few months ago, I'd have said that Planeplotter was the bigger network.  But I do find myself using the Radarbox network more nowadays because of it's greater coverage.

Of course, if Airnav could find a way of working with COAA to combine networks, we could ALL have even greater coverage ;) !!

Can I ask how many aircraft being tracked simultaneously 178 sharers typically represents ?

It's normally around 800-900, but has peaked at over 1000.

So around 6 aircraft per sharer?  Sounds a bit on the low side.

A lot more than 6 when you take into account overlapping sharers.  If you look at the live sharers map, you'll see many areas with multiple sharers.

Purely as a matter of interest ANSupport, exactly how many RB units have been sold to date, and what is the production rate?    Obviously, from the map, the majority of units are UK/W Europe based, so around 80% (a guestimate) will be inputting the same data?

I think that comes into the "Contracts in confidence" area - I don't think that I'd tell you if it was my product.

Yes we are not going to give exact details. We have sold over 1,500+ RadarBoxes.

Rememeber also the 1000+ value is ADS-B flights.
