Hi

I have installed the airnav rador box, and have it set up as a shortcut to desktop. when l open the programme, and click on account it says  Pre-created account not yet activated.
I am guessing this is why l cannot track aircraft at the moment, I understand the first year is included, can anyone hlep me, on what l need to do to activate the account.

Can you see any aircraft in the lists or on the map at the moment?

You started a separate thread about this yesterday, have you read all the advice offered there?
