Daytime in London

From my home in Bucks. This is a normal day at Heathow with the the BNN hold in use, landings on 09L and take offs on 09R.  My standard supplied aerial is even picking up aircraft at around 35 miles away, down as low as 1000' on the Gatwick approach. It is also picking up high level traffic 140 miles away over the French coast.
