has the network been down ? i have had no network traffic for 3 hours

AS you may know we upgraded to a brand new server recently. We are still fine tuning some server features, specially database related ones. Because of this the network may be down usually not more than 1 hour per week. As soon as we reach the expected performance results this will not happen again and the network will be up 99.99% of the time.
