Can RadarBox remember the state of the "Connect to AirNav ACARS Decoder"

Currently I have to remember to connect it each time, and I sometimes forget....

Count me in for this one as well Peter.

I would go one step further and ask that if the box is checked ANRB then fires up ANAD as part of its own loading process

I have already asked for this some time ago now and I was kinda hoping this (and many other features) would find their way into this next release. :-(

If you always want to run this combination then why not have the icon start a batch, or script file that starts the ANAD, pauses for a few seconds then starts the ANRB, with the /connect option appended to the command line.
This way 1 double click will start to 'FULL' system that you want.
Based in Hexham - Tyne Valley
Best view for RB is North of a line between EGNT and EGNC  - includes OTA and Spade, to EGPH above 7500ft.   Can be TRUE mobile with Mobile Broadband feed to Network.

Except that ANAD will not be connected to ANRB because currently it always starts UNconnected.

Hence the request to remember the setting.

Sounds like the always connect to Network being forced, rather than defaulting to stored user choice.
A save of ALL selected options would be very nice!!!!
Map settings,  ACARS, Network  - any others??

Yeah...I will never understand why, if it is a USER Preference ANRB then takes it upon itself to decide how ANRB wants your preferences to default at startup.

Others might not mind how many mouse clicks it takes to put everything back to how they want it but when I buy a program I want it to work for me...not against me.

Of course we don't yet know what v3.06 holds in store for us yet.

I can tell you that the new release won't have this feature: how about, when you click on an ADS-B flight in MyLog, the map shows a line between the Start and End positions, rescaling and repositioning as required.

I don't know about you chaps, but I can't easily visualise the flight with just the Lat/Long numbers. I know that for some flights, for example, training flights, the start and end positions might be the same, but for most flights it would be a useful addition.

You mean like selecting the "Show lines from Origin/Destination" in Preferences .......?

It doesn't scale and reposition, but you can zoom as required.

RodBearden

Exactly, Allocator, but for the historical flights in MyLog, and only one line, 'cos the plane won't be there anymore :-)

Ahh, got you - MyLog and not MyFlights.  Multi-tasking here and not reading the posts correctly :-)

Watching the Gadget Show on Five too!

Allocator, from what I'm told by women! Men can't multitask!
Women, can't appreciate, aviation and the RadarBox!

Every time we get a new logo, silhouette, flag, colour scheme, or outline, we have to close and restart ANRB to get them to register.

Would it be possible to have, possibly on the File menu, an option to reload auxiliary files to reload all these without a full restart?

Sir
i love ANRB, but i have no much time to join it, so i would like recorder and then review  easy my flights, but i can't remain in front of my PC 3 or 4 hours ...
Please, put in the future version a VCR style in order  to scrolling quickly
the recorded traffic and find an interesting airplane in few minutes.
Thanks in advance

Why not a MAC version??, I have to run XP every time I start my MAC and it´s annoying ;-)
