0D0355, registration XA-MEX, sending ASSTETS

One wonders if the final "TS" is inverted or if the "E" was supposed to be an "I".

Bogus Mode-S 249249 today sending CLOCKTWR as ID. Any ideas?

Here in Melbourne Aus, anyone picking up mode-s transmissions from RAAF different mode-s tags "Status" is always "NA" "Flight ID" is TEST1234 no other relevant info, normally have 2 all day, but sometimes 4?? Noticed them for a few days...

Those are ground stations. There are four at KIAD that I receive. They belong to the FAA, so I would imagine yours belong to the Australian equivalent of the FAA which I'm not familiar with.

Currently on the Tain Range at 200ft, a Tornado GR4 with the callsign "MR ON". Captain Scarlet I presume.

EDIT: Now changed to "MR 01" :(

The second one of thets that I've spotted - no idea what type of aircraft it is - it was at FL230 when I saw it, and the registration down't really tally with anything sensible that I can find.

It wouldn't tally with anything sensible, as it's wrong :-)

A82D3F equates to N626HJ, which is an N-number change for FA50 msn 180, previously N50SF.

I have no idea where AirNav got N6231B from - that's a Quad-City Challenger, by the way.

That makes more sense, Dave. The Quad City Challenger looks like a lovely little plane (didn't know about them before I looked it up on the FAA register), but I couldn't really see it cruising at FL330, which is the highest it got to before it went out of range while heading towards Vegas.
